DiverseCity hereby launches the 4th KLIAF! Scheduled to take place throughout September 2018, the Festival will showcase more than 50 local, regional and international artists in over a dozen venues in the capital city of Kuala Lumpur. This annual festival that has been running for the past three years, and was one of the few arts and culture festivals in the country that solely focused on celebrating Malaysian and Asian performing artists and artistic heritage. Once again, Japan Foundation Kuala Lumpur (JFKL) has organized the ever-popular Japanese Film Festival ( JFF2018 ) to serve up an exciting cross-section of Japan’s diverse movie cultures. Celebrating its 15th anniversary, this event will be held at selected Golden Screen Cinemas across the country where the residents of the Klang Valley will be the first in line to catch the best in Japanese motion pictures! Featuring 13 recent films across a variety of genres, including drama, suspense, documentary, and comedy, JFF 2018 will allow the audience to deepen their familiarity with our Japanese culture and society.
