The must-try signature dish when you come here is their unique Steak Café De Paris (RM60). Only available at a few places, the grilled Striploin beef is set in a sauce of butter, fresh herbs and anchovies. Because of the natural saltiness of the anchovies, salt is not required to enhance the dish.
Before you get into the main dishes, try out their Famous Umameat Beef Wraps (RM22). It’s sliced Australian Topside beef wrapped around carrots and french beans, which are pan-fried then braised in cheddar cheese and soya sauce.
Nothing quite beats a burger patty that’s freshly minced and grinded such as Umameat’s Classic Beef Burger (RM25). Served with paprika seasoned fries, the Australian Topside beef patty is first grilled in the Josper Oven, then smoked to finish.
Chicken wing lovers can visit and try out their popular Honey Sriracha or Spicy Kicap Wings that’s only RM14 for 6 pieces! The golden fried drumettes and wings are coated in delicious sauces made in-house by their head chef.
Finally when it comes to pastas, you must try the Truffled Fettuccine Alfredo with Grilled Chicken Breast (RM35). Its sauce is made with cream, mixed mushrooms, truffle paste, and then topped with a grilled chicken fillet marinated in cajun! Yum!
