True to its name umi kara shinsen (fresh from the sea), the Bluefin Tuna Nakaochi is served still intact to the bone alongside fresh wasabi and soy sauce. It gives a unique rich taste of fish and a subtle sweetness to the palate.
Diners can opt for a half slab tuna priced at RM300 or a full slab priced at RM550.
Another perfect delight for sushi aficionados, patrons can also enjoy Kama Toro, a flesh collar area of a tuna.
These delicacies are certainly a rare sight on a Japanese menu.
A Homage To Tradition
From the moment one enters this dining space, the outstanding cultural representation of Kanso, a word to describe a traditional Japanese interior, also undoubtedly, creates the perfect ambience for its patrons. It’s indeed minimalist and Zen.
