True to its name umi kara shinsen (fresh from the sea), the Bluefin Tuna Nakaochi is served still intact to the bone alongside fresh wasabi and soy sauce. It gives a unique rich taste of fish and a subtle sweetness to the palate.

Diners can opt for a half slab tuna priced at RM300 or a full slab priced at RM550.

Another perfect delight for sushi aficionados, patrons can also enjoy Kama Toro, a flesh collar area of a tuna.

Aside from Maguro Nakaochi, this restaurant meticulously crafts its delicacies to one’s taste. Diners can expect weekly specials like Grilled Fresh Hotate and Tsubugai Sashimi. What’s more, patrons can also savour its DIY Maki Set comes with four carefully handpicked fish, served with nori and sushi rice.
