Urban Ground Is A New Hang-Out Spot In PJ With A Variety Of Food Brands
Urban Ground is an up-and-coming food hub that is both ‘grammable and cosy. Dispelling its misconception of a food court are the founders of this new, hip brand. They are no strangers to the F&B scene, having been leading experts in food franchises for decades! Their concept for Urban Ground was clear, its vision being a trendy hangout spot with a tasty flare. Its interior is comfortable and stylish, with distinct settings in each corner.
There are currently four brands located in Urban Ground itself- Gratzi, Chic Ole, Belacan-Laa and One Bite Dim Sum:
Chic Ole
We kicked things off at this fried chicken shop, perfect for all ages. Its bright imagery and neon lights were both captivating and fun! There’s a self-order machine available for customers to independently select what they please.
Their range includes popcorn chicken, fried chicken, burgers and more deliciousness. Using their own recipe & blend of spices, their fried chicken comes in original or spicy. It’s everything you’d imagine good fast food to be, plus it’s not too oily!

Belacan-Laa
Craving Malaysian food instead? No problem, that’s what Belacan-Laa is for. From asam laksa to nasi lemak, their menu has a ton of Malaysia’s best, including the classic kopi peng and toast too. You must try their specialty dish, Nasi Lemak Ayam Goreng- it’s incredibly sumptuous!

One Bite Dim Sum
Venture onwards and you’ll discover this hidden gem- a neon-lit halal dim sum shop, with top faves like siu mai, har gaw and a whole lot more! Their wide variety will have you salivating and there’s even a large round table, ideal for a feast with your friends and family.
All their dim sum are steamed to order, and they even have a soothing variety of teas such as their Jasmine or Fancy Corbell blooming flower tea!
