It’s Up To Us Now

Okay, okay, so you might know these already but it’s never wrong to always remind each other. Covid-19 is spreading like wildfire and at a very alarming rate too. To top it all off, Malaysia is already too exhausted to put up a good fight. But it is not the time dwell in numbers, let’s do our part and practice these new norm rules so that we can reclaim our victory!

Remember To Practice:

  • Washing your hands often. Use soap and water, or an alcohol-based hand rub.
  • Maintain a safe distance from anyone who is coughing or sneezing.
  • Wearing a mask.
  • Covering your nose and mouth with your bent elbow or a tissue when you cough or sneeze.
  • Opening windows and doors to allow good air ventilation.

Ideally, Just Stay At Home

If you feel unwell, it is best to stay at home. In fact, if you are having a fever, cough, and difficulty breathing, you should just seek medical attention immediately. Meanwhile, if you don’t have a reason to go outside then you better stay put. Please keep in mind that elderlies and children are especially vulnerable to the virus, so protect them at all costs.
