F&N Gets Into The Spirit Of Ramadan By Contributing ‘F&N Pek Penyayang’ Packages Worth Over RM1 Million To B40 Families, Frontliners & NGOs

The holy month of Ramadan is a time for bringing people together and giving back to society at large. In line with these principles, Fraser & Neave Holdings Bhd (F&NHB) through its iconic brand, 100PLUS will mark this year’s Ramadan by spreading positivity and contributing over RM1 million worth of F&N products and essentials to B40 families, frontliners and Non-Governmental Organisations (NGOs) through its ‘Keberkatan Plus Plus’ programme.

As part of the programme, F&N will deploy their very own ‘Squad Keberkatan 100PLUS’ to deliver supplies to frontliners in hospitals, police stations and fire stations in appreciation of their tireless efforts to combat the COVID-19 pandemic and to ensure they stay hydrated and energised to carry out their duty during the fasting month.

F&NHB Chairman, Tengku Syed Badarudin Jamalullail said, “F&N has a longstanding commitment to philanthropy and will always be conscious of helping those in need. Even though Ramadan has been different since the past year, the spirit of giving has not changed. The ‘Keberkatan Plus Plus’ programme, is part of F&NHB’s annual CSR efforts since 2004, which spreads the bliss of Ramadan to the less fortunate community during this festive month. The initiative aims to bring people together by empowering Malaysians to go all-out in doing good deeds and reaping pahala.”

“We also take this opportunity to express our sincere gratitude and appreciation for our frontline heroes. Their perseverance, dedication and sacrifice in the battle against COVID-19 has been unwavering. We hope that our contribution will bring a smile to their faces and keep their spirits high,” he said.

The F&N team came together to assist in the packing of ‘F&N Pek Penyayang’ packages, which comprises of 100PLUS ACTIVE Isotonic Drink, F&N Bandung, F&N SEASONS Soya Milk, F&N MAGNOLIA UHT Full Cream Milk, Sunkist Pure Orange Juice Drink, Sri Nona Ketupat and face masks. 100PLUS ambassadors Mira Filzah, Hairul Azreen and Syafiq Kyle will each represent charitable organisations and partake in the distribution of the ‘F&N Pek Penyayang’ packages to orphanages, old folks’ homes, and B40 communities in the country.
