Hello foodies! As we’re closing in on yet another chapter soon, it’s without a doubt that this year has been tough for many people. It may have been filled with struggles and anxiety, but it also gave us an opportunity to be appreciative of the people in our lives. With a sombre mood enveloping every one of us, maybe this piece of news will put a smile on your face. Grab wants to call out that #kitajagakita spirit and rally Malaysians during this season of giving to continue supporting the different communities around us who are undervalued and underserved.
Grab Malaysia: Treat Your Delivery Heroes This Festive Season!
Some heroes don’t wear capes, and that’s the undying spirit in delivery riders when they strive to deliver food no matter the obstacles. They are the ones who made it possible for us to satisfy our food cravings at any occasions. They have definitely brought a little cheer for us especially during the various periods of the MCO. So how about returning some cheer for them at this time of the year?
Specifically in Klang Valley, from 21st – 27th December, Grab is partnering with Pizza Hut, Secret Recipe and Texas Chicken so that customers can also show their appreciation to their riders by purchasing a meal for him or her via the GrabFood app when ordering from these restaurants. Between 4PM – 6PM, Grab and mentioned merchants will be subsidising the meals, which means that customers will only need to pay RM3 to treat their delivery person from the selected menu!

Spread Joy By Donating To Charities And Communities In Need!
As we celebrate the festive season and also keep up with the spirit of giving, Grab users can donate their GrabRewards Points to make a difference in someone else’s life. From just 480 points (RM3), you can now make a donation to various organizations and charities such as UNICEF MY, the National Kidney Foundation, the Women’s Aid Organization and more listed in the GrabRewards catalogue.
Let’s Put A Smile On The Faces Of Those In Need!
2020 has been an unprecedented year for Malaysia, but if it has shown us anything it is that we can come back stronger than ever! It seems only fitting that we should all unite once more and do our part to ensure that all of us will be able to end the year on a high note!
