What To Eat At LaLaport BBCC
LaLaport BBCC is a foodie’s central hub for a huge variety of cuisines from all around the world. We tried Spanish, Western, Japanese, and much more there and we are still coming back to explore more! Here are the 2 places we discovered this time:
1. Tamaruya Honten Steakhouse
If you are looking for a good lunch spot with value for money, make your way to this hidden gem in the mall! Tamaruya Honten Steakhouse is a Japanese-French Steakhouse most known for its delicious steaks but they serve classic Japanese dishes too. Their lunch sets are what we find super worth it.

There are up to 6 options you can choose from for the lunch set here and all sets come with a Japanese roasted barley tea, miso soup, fruit and a side dish of the day.
Here are all the lunch set options:
1. Oyakodon
This Japanese style chicken and egg rice bowl is the most affordable option on the list, only at RM13 for this set!
2. Nikujaga
Japanese style beef and potato stew served with Japanese rice.
3. Ebi Fry Curry Don
Japanese style curry and deep fried breaded prawn rice bowl. Japanese curry lovers must try this!
4. Yakiniku
One of our favourites is this sliced beef grilled with yakiniku sauce served with Japanese rice!
5. Yakisoba
Craving for noodles? Get this Japanese style stir fried noodle served with crispy deep fried chicken.
6. Grilled Salmon
Most of the diners are ordering this while we dine there! This set comes with grilled salmon with creamy honey mustard sauce on top, a popular choice at the restaurant.

Next up, you will love this perfect spot to relax and unwind – Marinero Mediterranean Dining & Bar. Featuring a Moroccan interior with Mediterranean touch, this place is a stunning dining space that exudes an inviting atmosphere.
It’s where you can enjoy delicious Mediterranean dishes including tapas to pair with some cocktails or beer.

Moroccan Lamb Shank with Apricot Couscous
Tender lamb shank simmered in the exotic flavours of Moroccan spices and herbs, this is a soul dish that you must try!
Mixed Souvlaki with Spiced Rice
A platter of mixed skewers served with tzatziki and pimento aioli sauce. This comes in a satisfyingly big portion!
Pesto Paneer Pizza
Here’s a fusion of Italian and Indian flavours, Pesto Paneer Pizza is topped with juicy chunks of paneer – a classic Indian cheese, green chili and green capsicum. These ingredients have been marinated in a blend of aromatic spices and grilled to perfection, which explains the rich taste that will hit your taste buds!

This is perfect to pair with drinks!
