#1 Avo Ciabatta Toastie

Being basic never felt so right with this avocado toast from Koffie Craft. All you need now is a cuppa Koffie Verkeerd (flat white) to go with it and there you have it, the basic brunch. But, there’s nothing basic about their Avo Ciabatta Toastie. Because they serve a generous portion of sliced avocado, avocado-yoghurt sauce, tomato and chilli jam, oven-roasted cherry tomatoes, and red capsicum on a perfectly toasted ciabatta bread. It looks divine, doesn’t it?

#2 Eggs Hollandaise

This dish has a Dutch twist on it because it’s not regular hollandaise sauce. The hollandaise sauce is infused with tarragon. This dish comes with two pieces of oven-roasted chicken, capsicum, shredded cabbage, tomatoes, and eggs! And, you can choose whether you’d like it on toast or on a waffle!

#3 Holland Bitterballen

This is a must-try at Koffie Craft! This is as classic as a Dutch dish can get, it is breadcrumb-coated Dutch ragout balls that are either chicken or beef (you can pick which meat you’d like). You crush the meatballs until they’re flat with your fork and then put them between two buns and voila, it’s a burger! A seriously deliciously burger at that and, a major tip: eat it with mayo and mustard!

This Dutch Baby is so pretty looking, isn’t it? It doesn’t just look pretty, it tastes really good too. Be patient because this dessert is made fresh when you order it, so, it takes 20 minutes to prepare. It’s definitely worth the wait because you won’t be disappointed! It’s sweet, tangy, and imported vanilla ice-cream just complements the berries so well!

Their home-made batter is cooked for 20 minutes in a cast-iron pan till it is crispy on the edges and slightly gooey at the bottom. You can find mango, blueberry, and cherry compote in the centre of the Dutch Baby with raspberry sauce! Plus, there’s toasted almond slivers for a nutty flavour!

#5 Dessert Plate: Stroopwafel Cheesecake, Maastricht Waffle, Limburg Waffle, and Stroopwafel
