Leonardo Da Vinci: Opera Omnia Exhibition Will Be At The National Art Gallery

Calling all art lovers, this is a news that will be interested in. You won’t have to fly halfway around the world to check out these historical art pieces anymore. This exhibition will run from 15th July 2019 – 15 August 2019 at the National Art Gallery.

Leonardo Da Vinci’s Famous Artworks Will Be Displayed In The National Art Gallery From 15 July 2019 – 15 August 2019

You don’t have to travel all the way to Italy to see the famous works by Leonardo da Vinci anymore because it will be available for the public to view here in Kuala Lumpur. This exhibition is to commemorate the 500th year since his death in 1519.

This exhibition will project 17 famous paintings by projecting it. The artworks will be in high definition and true-to-size. Although it’s a projected exhibition, visitors can expect it to look real and sensorially immersive too. Visitors can expect the famous painting of Mona Lisa and The Last Supper to be there. Leonardo da Vinci was a scientist and has created different machines during his time.

Opera Omnia Exhibition will display 60 machines from his original paintings. The original painting of the machines includes flying machines, nautical, hydraulic and architectural innovations.

The original paintings by Leonardo da Vinci have been placed in museums in eight different countries. With this exhibition, you can now view all 17 paintings in one place. This exhibition has traveled to Georgia, Warsaw, Poland, and China before stopping at Kuala Lumpur. After the exhibition, the next stops will be Bangkok and Yangon.
