Before we talk more about this Malaysian’s creativity, let’s give you guys a fun fact about Hello Kitty. Did you guys know that Hello Kitty’s full name is actually Kitty White? Recognizable by its iconic red bow, Hello Kitty needs no further introduction.
Alright, now let’s get into the core of this article. We recently found out that a netizen from Miri, Sarawak by the Facebook handle of @wanbanniey actually customizes miniature toy cars.
This goes to say that you can have it in any design you like. But the one design that made Wan famous is none other than the Hello Kitty design.
In brief, the Hello Kitty design is largely inspired by McDonald’s Hello Kitty carrier. On the toy car, you can find iconic Hello Kitty bows, a McDonald’s logo, as well as a large Hello Kitty right on the roof. The toy cars are all products from HotWheels and the best part is this, you can pick your favourite Hot Wheels model too!
Wan’s previous designs included Shell, KitKat, Milo as well as one with ‘Sayangi Malaysiaku’ and our mouths are seriously wide agape right now because they are all SO IMPRESSIVE!
Ever since the Hello Kitty Hot Wheels design went viral, orders flooded in like nobody’s business and because of this, Wan announces that orders are closed as of right now. Way to go.
