According to The Star, long-distance married couples are not allowed to apply for police permission letters to cross states or districts to see one another, says Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob. He mentioned that long-distance married couples would have to make some sacrifices.

He also said, “We have decided to not allow such couples to travel across states or districts during the two-week period.”
