Spaetzle is basically German pasta noodles. It is thick, soft, and slightly chewy in texture. If you love pasta, you must order this dish because it is really tasty. Stammtisch gives you a choice between original or spinach spaetzle. But, we recommend giving the spinach one a go. It is cooked with bacon pieces, mushrooms, caramelised onions, leeks, and smothered in a cream sauce.
German Meatballs
Did someone say pasta and meatballs? Yes, please! Stammtisch’s meatballs are super yummy because they mix minced pork and beef together. Their meatballs are baked to perfection so it’s crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. It also comes with original spaetzle and blaukraut, which is fermented purple cabbage (another variety of sauerkraut!).

Langos (Deep Fried Bread)
Langos is deep fried bread topped with bacon, onion, and yes, cheeeese! It’s hot and toasty, this dish a good appetiser for sharing before your main meals. The onions are cooked perfectly until they are soft and the bacon bits are crispy. And finally loaded with melting cheese, this appetiser is a must-try!
Roast Beef
If beef is your go-to protein, this dish is your pick. Roast beef comes with blaukraut (a sweeter version of sauerkraut made with purple cabbage) and boiled potatoes. Their beef is tender and really yummy.
Kaiserschmarrn (The Emperor’s Souffle)
If it is one thing that we are certain of, it is that you cannot leave Stammtisch without trying this delectable German dessert! Kaiserschmarran means “the emperor’s souffle”, and this was the dessert choice for the Emperor of Austria. It is fluffy torn souffle pieces with raisins eaten with house-made rum infused vanilla sauce. It is an absolute delight and a fantastic way to end your meal.

The restaurant has both, an outdoor and an indoor seating area that are equally comfortable.
With their grand opening on 1st of November 2019, Stammtisch is the latest restaurant in Bukit Damansara. This restaurant is unlike any German eateries in the Klang Valley because they have elevated German delights into a more contemporary style that certainly also suits our Malaysian food tastes.
Stammtisch in German actually refers to an informal social get together or “for regulars”, which proves to say once having dined here, you’d be coming back over and over again. This is why your next restaurant hop should be to Stammtisch because you need to try out their amazing pork dishes and of course, for your dose of German beer!
