Stammtisch Serves A Delicious Ensemble Platter With 10 Items That Is Perfect Sharing

For a group of up to 6 pax, the Ensemble Platter is an absolute must-try because you can try 10 different food items. Plus, if you love pork, this platter will delight you with 3 different pork dishes: pork knuckle, pork belly, and pork ribs! There are also three types of sausages: Kase wurst, Nurnberger, and Thuringer. The meat dishes go really well with their pan-fried potatoes with onions that are so yummy!

This platter also features a unique German favourite which is spaetzle. Spaetzle is basically German pasta noodles. They are thick and quite chewy in texture. And of course, no German platter wouldn’t be complete with Schnitzel. Three pieces of perfectly fried Wiener Schnitzel are served to you next to a bed of fresh greens.

In case you need a palate cleanser from all the meat, do eat some of their trio salad. Their trio salad comes with fresh garden salad, white cabbage slaw and boiled potatoes. Also, don’t forget to enjoy sauerkraut which is a classic German side dish! Last but not the least of this Ensemble Platter, would be the vegetable stew. Their vegetable stew is a hearty-bowl of carrots, cauliflower, broccoli and mushrooms in a warm vegetable broth.

This pumpkin salad is absolutely delicious. Made with roasted pumpkin, fresh baby spinach, feta cheese, and chickpeas tossed with a honey mustard dressing. If you enjoy eating pumpkin, this salad is a perfect pick for you.

Spinach Hunter Spaetzle

Spaetzle is basically German pasta noodles. It is thick, soft, and slightly chewy in texture. If you love pasta, you must order this dish because it is really tasty. Stammtisch gives you a choice between original or spinach spaetzle. But, we recommend giving the spinach one a go. It is cooked with bacon pieces, mushrooms, caramelised onions, leeks, and smothered in a cream sauce.

German Meatballs

Did someone say pasta and meatballs? Yes, please! Stammtisch’s meatballs are super yummy because they mix minced pork and beef together. Their meatballs are baked to perfection so it’s crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. It also comes with original spaetzle and blaukraut, which is fermented purple cabbage (another variety of sauerkraut!).

Pasta ‘Ju Yu Zha’

If you know what’s good for you, you should order this pasta dish because it comes with bits of fried pork lard! Almost like aglio olio, this pasta dish is served with garlic bits, parsley, and red chillies for a spicy kick. It is definitely a wholesome bowl of pasta that noodle-eaters will love!

Crispy Pork Belly Ciabatta

Yes, you read that right. This restaurant serves crispy pork belly burger with a side of fries. Crispy siew yok is served in between two pieces of crusty ciabatta bread with garlic mayo and arugula. Besides that, sauerkraut and caramelised apples complete this burger to make it so sinfully delicious!

Langos (Deep Fried Bread)

Langos is deep fried bread topped with bacon, onion, and yes, cheeeese! It’s hot and toasty, this dish a good appetiser for sharing before your main meals. The onions are cooked perfectly until they are soft and the bacon bits are crispy. And finally loaded with melting cheese, this appetiser is a must-try!

Roast Beef

If beef is your go-to protein, this dish is your pick. Roast beef comes with blaukraut (a sweeter version of sauerkraut made with purple cabbage) and boiled potatoes. Their beef is tender and really yummy.

Kaiserschmarrn (The Emperor’s Souffle)

If it is one thing that we are certain of, it is that you cannot leave Stammtisch without trying this delectable German dessert! Kaiserschmarran means “the emperor’s souffle”, and this was the dessert choice for the Emperor of Austria. It is fluffy torn souffle pieces with raisins eaten with house-made rum infused vanilla sauce. It is an absolute delight and a fantastic way to end your meal.
