1. Transparent Coffee

Plants and woods are relaxing, which is why this new cafe at Bangsar might be one of the most relaxing cafes in Klang Valley. It really feels like you’re out in the city here, and it’s impossible not to chill amongst the wooden furniture and general greenery all around. It’s laid back atmosphere, sourdough toast, decent cakes and a cuppa all add to the charm.

4. 何九海南茶店 Ho Kow Hainanese Kopitiam

Ho Kow Hainanese Kopitiam has been lingering in Malaysia’s coffee shop scene since 60 years ago. And here are some good news: after having some time of rest, they’ve now reopened their store in KL! Serving simplicity at its best, head over to have a taste of home. Indeed, old is gold. Hop on to this humble stall to have a taste of their comforting meals which will leave you reminiscing about the good ol’ childhood days.

For all that eclairs, choux and chouquettes trying to strike our fancy, it’s true that an icy sweet scoop of ice cream still remains a trend that deserves to live forever. Indeed, our panting lust for savouring ice cream in a scoop does not wane after all. Vitto & Caffè- a new gelato parlour in the city just opened and not just savoury gelato they’re up to,  they do serve our all-time favourite bubble milk teas and artisanal beverages!
