Can't Wait!

Greetings, everyone! We’re already approaching the half-year mark of 2020 and honestly, it could be little bit better. With the entire world on edge, every thing has been shut off till possibly end of this year. However, better days are coming and it’s coming real soon. Most of the entertainment outlets will not only be reopening next year (hopefully), but new ones are opening as well!

Universal Studio Beijing Is On Its Way To Complete & Open In 2021

Universal Studio Beijing is completing its construction end of this year and will proceed to open up to the public in Spring 2021. This will be the fifth Universal Studio theme park instalment in the world and the third one in Asia itself. Best news of all – it’s said to be one the largest Universal Studio theme park in the world! Building on a 400-hectare site, Universal Studio Beijing is set to be double the size of Universal Studio Japan and five-times the size of Universal Studio Singapore.

Here’s What You Can Expect From The Latest Theme Park

According to the official website, Universal Studio Beijing will have seven themed lands, bringing the most popular culture and characters to life. It will also be combining all your favourite themed parks under one roof! This includes Jurassic World Isla Nublar, The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Kung Fu Panda of Awesomeness, Minion Land, Transformers: Metrobase, Hollywood and WaterWorld. Each themed land will have its unique mix of themed attractions, shows, shops and restaurants.

Many have been anticipating the opening of the theme park since it was announced six years ago. But finally, it is coming to its final stages of construction. The entire main structure has been completed beginning of this year with attractions and ride equipments starting to be installed. Now, we’ll just wait patiently for it to open next year!

Besides the themed park, the entirety of Universal Beijing Resort is also coming along to its anticipated completion as well. From world-class hotels of Universal Studios Grand Hotel and the NUO Resort Hotel to Universal CityWalk Beijing, there’s so much more to anticipate from the opening next year. Universal CityWalk Beijing will also feature movie theatre, award-winning restaurants and many more dining and retail experiences for their visitors.

With everything going on smoothly, there seems to be no delay in the opening of the highly-anticipated theme park. Besides, things are also slowly looking up as theme parks in Asia are slowly reopening with new health guidelines to comply. Who knows how things will be in the year to come, but we’re all staying hopefull! Will you be adding this to your bucket list? Comment and let us know if you’ll be visiting the newest themed park when it opens!
