Wait. Ramen Fried Rice? How does it work? Well, we found a recipe by Future Dish that shows us exactly how to make this unique dish! All it takes is one (1) Shin Ramyun cup noodle and three (3) other simple ingredients to recreate it.

Follow These Easy Steps To Make Ramen Fried Rice

Ingredients: 1 Cup Shin Ramyun Noodles, 1/2 Cup cooked rice, handful of Spring onions, and 1 Egg.

Step 1:

Take out noodles and place in zip-lock or plastic bag, then crumble it into small pieces.

Step 2:

Place the crumbled noodles back into Ramen cup, and add seasonings into it.

Step 3:

Pour some boiling water into the cup, just enough to barely cover the noodles. Set it aside to cook.

Step 4:

Place some cooking oil into a frying pan, then add in diced spring onion. Next, crack in an egg and scramble it.

Step 5:

Add in 1/2 cup of cooked rice, then add in ramen noodles and mix it well in the frying pan. Make sure everything is evenly mixed!

Step 6:

Finally, place the fried rice back into the cup. Flip it upside down onto a plate, and there you have it!

You Can Use Other Flavours To Make Ramen Fried Rice?

According to its creator, you can make this dish using any Ramen cup noodles you like! It doesn’t have to be Shin Ramyun. You could try Neoguri or even Jjaphagetti (jajangmyeon)!
