The Biggest And Best Supermoon Of 2020

A supermoon happens when the full moon moved the closest to the earth in its orbit. Thus making it look 14% larger and brighter than usual. Regrettably, it won’t actually be pink. The name ‘pink’ came from the spring blossom of pink phlox flowers that usually accompanies April’s full moon in the US. The supermoon will actually glow in a bright golden hue. It is said to be the biggest Supermoon this year compared to the other 3 supermoons.

When To See The Pink Supermoon

Just get all cozied up at your balcony or by your window this Wednesday, 8 April 2020. The best time to witness the supermoon in Malaysia is at 10.35 am. Make sure that you are facing the eastward side as the moon will mosey up that direction. If you missed it the first time, don’t worry! ‘Cause it will appear again 12 hours later on the westwards side.
