Asia: Palestinian Kunafa

Starting off with the Asian continent, dessert lovers must-try their Kunafa (or some may call it, Kanafeh) because it is absolutely delicious! This dessert is basically layers of crunchy pastry filled with mozzarella cheese and cream. And that’s not even the best bit – it’s drizzled with orange blossom syrup and sprinkled with crushed pistachios! You can choose to have this dessert with or without ice cream too. Yum!

Europe: Swedish Almond Cake
