1. Cojiitii
There was much excitement when this milk tea joint popped up in Malaysia’s capital, and for very good reasons. Introducing Cojiitii, our favourite bubble milk tea’s rival-to-be. Currently renowned for their Instagram-ready teas, their menu is simple yet exciting. Serving amazing bubble milk tea aside, their cheese milk teas are bomb too: with a fluffy cloud of salted cheesecake-like cream floating atop their menu of freshly brewed teas, all flavours are strongly punchy and irresistible.

2. The Brew House Eko Cheras Mall
Operating since 2017, The Brew House now has 10 branches in town and still counting, but never fear- the chain hasn’t lost its sheen. Serving a fusion of Pan-Asian and modern western gastronomy, their food is as inspired and varied as their brews. The venue is a casual semi opened-air hang-out spot, perfect for enjoying a relaxed evening with family and friends. Also, their menu centralises around pork, where its flavours will blow your mind. In a nutshell, just come for a party on the pallet kind of experience.

4. Mingle Cafe 名樂閣
Having a very different vibe compared to the typical cafes out there, this cafe is unique in the way of its unpretentious setup- filled with lovely laid-back decoration and just the right amount of cosiness. Regulars come for coffee and light breakfast or a casual lunch with colleagues. It’s is an excellent spot for a solo outing, friendly catch-up or family bonding times. 5. Street Churros
Originated from South Korea, Street Churros elevate street food with premium and fresh ingredients, and they’ve finally opened another store at Mid Valley Megamall. Sprinkled in cinnamon and served with Spanish Desayuno chocolate, which is notoriously thick and rich, they are the best decadent treat. Upon munching, underneath the crisp, sugary coating they are gorgeously light and fluffy. Perfect for the sweet tooth.
