50 Best Ramadan Bazaar In KL & PJ (2021 Guide)

Update: All Ramadan Bazaars In Selangor Will Not Be Allowed To Operate Starting From 8 May 2021

Nothing gets us more riled up than stalls after stalls of all our favourite Ramadan bazaar treats. After last year’s hiatus, Ramadan bazaar are up and running this year but with strict SOPs to adhere. Also, do take note that all Ramadan bazaar can only operate from 3PM to 8PM daily for the entire month. Scroll on down to check out the full list of bazaar near you in KL and PJ area!

Ramadan Bazaar In KL & PJ 2021

In a statement released by Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL), it’s stated that a total of 65 locations in the KL city have been approved to hold ramadan bazaar all throughout the Ramadan month. 63 locations will be supervised by organisers of the respective bazaar while DBKL will be supervising the bazaar at Taman Tasik Permaisuri car park (near Kuala Lumpur football stadium) and Jalan 4/38 A Taman Sri Sinar, Segambut (Wisma Suhati).

Meanwhile, the Aidilfitri Bazaar (previously held at Jalan Raja) will now resume operations from 17th April to 12th May at its original site, Lorong Tuanku Abdul Rahman. The Aidilfitri Bazaar with about 208 traders will operate from 10AM to midnight daily, located behind Campbell Complex right up to the intersection near Masjid India, along Jalan TAR.

The Jalan Tuanku Abdul Rahman Night Market which usually happens every Saturday at Lorong TAR will temporarily shift to Jalan TAR throughout the entire Ramadan month. The night market will operate at Jalan TAR on 17th April, 24th April, 1st May and 8th May.

According to The Star, Petaling Jaya mayor Datuk Mohd Sayuthi Bakar has mentioned that a total of 21 Ramadan bazaar have been given the green light to operate this Ramadan. There are about 900 trading lots in PJ itself. Visitors of the Ramadan bazaar under Petaling Jaya City Council (MBPJ) will even receive cash vouchers worth RM10 if you bring your own food containers and bags!
